School Daze.

The skies were covered in darkness, and soon the rain came. At first it was soft and gentle like sweet summer showers but soon it became harder turning into a downpour. Everyone ran quickly for home, wanting nothing more but to escape, everyone except me. I sat alone in the park swinging while mumbling something to myself.I closed my eyes, and enhaled deeply. " Ahh.." What a lovely smell.

Rain water, beautiful and comforting, well to me anyways.

Back and forth.
Back and forth.
Higher and higher.

I loved this feeling, I loved this moment and I never wanted it to end.

first a growl emitted from the small creatures throat. then my prized possession ripped from my hands. and to top it off there was suddenly a ~~small~~ minuscule droplet hitting her head. she knew what would happen next.

a few gallons of water later our young character came upon a abandoned park. it had rust on every inch of metal and it had an eerie feel to it as a faint squeaking could be heard in the distance. though she wasn't sure, the girl thought she could make out a small black blob in the distance in the form of another human being. this was all to creepy for her she was about to turn and walk away when she spotted it. It was a bit shabby but it was dry, off in the distance ( quiet close to the blob) there was a small DRY gazebo.with a deep breath she made her way towards it. she sang to calm her nerves as she made her way closer.

"the itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout...."

I looked down at the ground humming softly to myself, I until I heard a sound. Slowly my head moved up and there I saw a young figure coming towards me. I didn't say word, all I did was simply watch with curiosity.

as i finally made it to my safe haven i risked a quick look over at the figure.SHE was starring at her, feeling a rush of heat hit her cheeks,she turned away. deciding a stranger shouldn't have so much of a effect she sat down on the old wooden floor it felt damp but was the driest thing around she began to dig in the small handbag at her side. "found it" she mumbled rubbing the small object affectionately.

I blinked with a confused look, as I watched the young girl glance at me for a split second and then suddenly disappear.I thought for a second wondering what could of been the matter with her but after a few seconds I decided to drop the matter, questioning it no further.
